Krafton India has confirmed that Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) version 3.9 will officially launch on July 16, 2025. According to InsideSport, both Android and iOS players can expect the rollout on this day Indiatimes+15


Android: Expected to receive the update around 6:30 AM IST


iOS: Typically follows a couple of hours later, often by 9:00 AM IST

1. Transformers-Themed Mode

  • Summon legendary bots: Use the new Spacebridge Beacon to call Optimus Prime or Megatron mid-match.

  • Epic duels: Enter Nemesis Showdown zones where the two bots deploy in Erangel

  • Power up: Collect Energon to unlock their ultimates—Optimus Prime's Charge Slam and Megatron's Triple Fusion Blast

2. Hoverboards & Cyberpunk Zones

4. Enhanced Game Modes

  • Metro Royale 2.0 / Zombie Uprising: Added new bosses, tiers, collectables, and the return of Ranked Arena

  • Fight Club: Close-combat zone without firearms, plus revamped lobby visuals for 3.9



5. New Royale Pass Rewards

  • Fresh A14 Royale Pass offers exclusive rewards: Hoverboard skins, themed outfits (like “Captain Woof”), emotes, weapon skins, and more
